Donor Preparation Process

• Make an appointment during day 1 to day 3 in menstrual cycle. Doctor will evaluate the conditions of uterus and ovary, schedule the hormone testing, prescribe and guide ovulation stimulants.
• Track the growth of follicles at day 8 to day 10 of menstrual cycle. (follow-up two days)
• Follicles will mature at day 12 of menstrual cycle. Doctor schedule the time point of HCG injection and general anesthesia operation of egg retrieval (The husband who borrow eggs must collect semen on operation date)
• Embryologist will put egg and sperm together to form fertilized egg on the date of egg retrieval operation and culture 3 to 5 days for embryos in vitro and freeze.

Donee Preparation Process

• Make an appointment during day 1 to day 3 in menstrual cycle. Doctor will evaluate the conditions of uterus and ovary, prescribe and guide endometrium thickening medicine.
• Track thickness of endometrium at day 10 to day 12 of menstrual cycle. (follow-up two days)
• Schedule embryo transfer date when endometrium thickness can achieve 0.8-1 cm.
• Pregnancy test by urine or blood testing at day12 or day14 after embryo transfer into uterus.
